MSJ HOME APPLIANCES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED follows a “One PAN Card, One Distributor ID” policy to promote transparency, accountability, and fair participation in its distributor network.
This policy is intended to prevent duplicate registrations, identity misuse, and unauthorized multiple distributor accounts by the same individual.
Each eligible individual may register for only one distributor ID using their own valid identity and registration details, subject to applicable law and the Company's registration requirements.
The Company may use a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN), where lawfully required and appropriately verified, to identify duplicate registrations.
A PAN card is an identity and tax-related document; it does not, by itself, establish eligibility for every Company benefit or entitlement.
Every applicant must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information during registration, including identity, contact, address, and tax details where required.
Applicants must not:
Register multiple distributor IDs using the same PAN.
Use another person's PAN, identity documents, or personal information without lawful authority.
Submit false, altered, or misleading documents.
Register an account in another person's name while secretly controlling it as their own.
Attempt to bypass the Company's verification procedures.
If multiple distributor IDs appear to be associated with the same individual, the Company may review the relevant accounts and request additional information or supporting documents, where legally permitted.
The existence of a shared address, family relationship, or common device does not automatically establish that accounts are duplicates. The Company will consider relevant facts before making a determination.
Where duplicate registration is confirmed, the Company may take proportionate action in accordance with its policies, contractual terms, applicable law, and any rights to respond or appeal that apply.
Eligible family members may apply for separate distributor IDs using their own genuine identity details, provided each person independently satisfies the Company's registration requirements.
Each person must maintain control of their own account and must not use another individual's identity to circumvent this policy.
The Company may request reasonable verification where necessary to establish account ownership and prevent identity misuse, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
If a distributor believes that a duplicate account has been created by mistake or without their authorization, they should contact the Company promptly and provide the information reasonably needed to investigate.
The Company will review such cases individually and determine the appropriate corrective action under its procedures and applicable law.
No automatic forfeiture of commissions, product value, or other entitlements will occur except as permitted by applicable law and the relevant contractual terms.
PAN details and related identity information will be collected, used, verified, retained, and disclosed only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
The Company will take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Distributors must not publicly share another person's PAN card, identity documents, or personal details.
Where a violation is substantiated, the Company may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and its published policies. Depending on the circumstances, this may include requesting corrections, restricting duplicate accounts, suspending registration, or terminating an account where legally permitted.
The Company will consider the facts of each case and any applicable contractual or legal rights before taking action.
MSJ HOME APPLIANCES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED may update this policy from time to time, subject to applicable law. The latest version will be published on the Company's official website.
