MSJ HOME APPLIANCES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED aims to maintain a transparent and responsible compensation system for its eligible direct sellers. This Compensation Plan describes the general principles governing business volume (BV), qualifying product sales, pair matching commissions, applicable limits, eligibility requirements, and payment procedures.
All compensation is subject to the company's approved business policies, Distributor Agreement, and applicable laws and regulations in India.
The company's business is intended to focus on the marketing and sale of genuine products to consumers through authorized sales channels.
Compensation, where applicable, must be linked to qualifying business activity in accordance with the approved Compensation Plan and applicable law. The company does not authorize compensation arrangements that constitute prohibited pyramid schemes or money circulation schemes.
Joining the company or recruiting another person does not guarantee income, commissions, or financial returns.
Business Volume (BV) is a company-defined unit used to calculate eligible business activity under the approved Compensation Plan.
The BV assigned to a product or order will be determined by the company's officially published product and business-volume schedule.
The company must communicate the applicable BV values and calculation rules to its authorized direct sellers before they participate in the compensation system.
BV is a calculation unit and does not necessarily represent the product's selling price, profit, or cash value.
The company may assign BV to eligible product sales according to its approved schedule.
For illustration only, the following examples describe a possible BV allocation:
A qualifying product or package priced at ₹2,500 may be assigned 1 BV.
A qualifying product or package priced at ₹5,000 may be assigned 2 BV.
Important: These examples must be confirmed against the company's officially approved product pricing and BV schedule before publication. Applicable taxes, discounts, returns, cancellations, and other adjustments will be handled according to the relevant company policies and applicable law.
Where the approved Compensation Plan includes a pair matching commission, eligible business volume on the left and right sides of a distributor's business structure may be matched according to the company's published rules.
For illustration only, the company's proposed calculation may be:
1 eligible matched BV pair: ₹800.
2 eligible matched BV pairs: ₹1,600.
These amounts are illustrative and must be verified against the company's approved Compensation Plan before being treated as official commission rates.
Commission eligibility, matching calculations, carry-forward rules, adjustments, and payment conditions must be clearly disclosed in the official plan.
If the approved Compensation Plan specifies a daily business-volume or commission limit, the applicable limit and calculation method must be disclosed clearly to distributors.
For illustration, a proposed daily limit may be 12 BV per eligible distributor, subject to the company's officially approved rules.
The company must explain how the daily limit is calculated, how unmatched business volume is treated, and whether any carry-forward or expiry conditions apply.
No daily limit should be presented as a guaranteed income amount.
A distributor may qualify for compensation only when the relevant requirements of the approved Compensation Plan have been met.
These requirements may include:
Approved distributor registration.
Compliance with the Distributor Agreement and Code of Conduct.
Qualifying product sales and verified business volume.
Accurate and complete payment and tax information, where required.
Compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
A Distributor ID, product purchase, or recruitment activity alone does not guarantee a commission.
The company will calculate eligible commissions using its approved records and published compensation rules.
Calculations may be subject to verification of qualifying product sales, payment confirmation, cancellations, refunds, returns, and other relevant adjustments.
The company will maintain appropriate records of eligible business activity and commission calculations in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Any correction or adjustment will be handled in accordance with the published plan and applicable law.
Eligible commissions will be processed according to the company's approved payment schedule and verification procedures.
Where applicable, commissions may be paid through a verified bank account or another legally permitted payment method.
Distributors must provide accurate payment details and any required tax information.
Applicable tax deductions, reporting requirements, and other statutory obligations will be handled in accordance with Indian law.
If a qualifying product sale is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the associated business volume and commission may be adjusted in accordance with the approved Compensation Plan and applicable law.
The company will not make deductions or recoveries that are prohibited by applicable law or inconsistent with the distributor's legal rights.
The relevant Return / Refund Policy and Distributor Agreement should be read together with this Compensation Plan.
MSJ HOME APPLIANCES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee any fixed income, commission, profit, or financial success.
Actual earnings, where applicable, may vary according to qualifying product sales, business activity, eligibility, expenses, returns, and other relevant factors.
Past results or examples must not be interpreted as a promise of future earnings. Distributors should make independent and informed decisions before participating in the business.
Distributors must not:
Make false or misleading income claims.
Promise guaranteed commissions or financial returns.
Misrepresent product prices, product benefits, or business opportunities.
Promote prohibited pyramid schemes or money circulation schemes.
Submit false sales records or manipulate business-volume calculations.
Engage in unlawful recruitment or deceptive marketing practices.
Violations may result in appropriate action under the Distributor Agreement and applicable law.
The company will communicate the approved Compensation Plan, applicable BV schedule, commission rates, eligibility conditions, payment procedures, and material amendments through authorized company channels.
Distributors are responsible for reviewing the latest approved plan and complying with its requirements.
