This policy explains the circumstances under which a distributor may voluntarily terminate their association with the company, the conditions under which the company may terminate a distributor's authorization, and the applicable cooling-off, return, and refund procedures.
This policy shall be read together with the Distributor Agreement, Refund / Return Policy, Code of Conduct, and applicable Indian laws.
A distributor may request termination of their association with the company by submitting a written request through the company's official email address or other authorized communication channel.
The request should include the distributor's name, Distributor ID, registered contact details, and a clear statement requesting termination.
The company will acknowledge and process the request in accordance with the Distributor Agreement and applicable legal requirements.
Termination will not remove any rights or obligations that legally survive the termination of the agreement.
Where a cooling-off period or withdrawal right applies under the Distributor Agreement or applicable law, the distributor may exercise that right within the prescribed period and in accordance with the applicable procedure.
The company will communicate the relevant conditions, including the applicable period, the method of submitting a withdrawal request, and any product return or refund requirements.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, reduce, or exclude a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right available to a distributor or consumer under applicable law.
Where a distributor is entitled to return products or obtain a refund following withdrawal or termination, the request will be handled in accordance with the company's Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements, the process may involve:
Verification of the original purchase and payment.
Confirmation of the products covered by the return request.
Assessment of product condition and applicable return requirements, where legally permitted.
Calculation of any refund or other amount due under the applicable policy and law.
Processing the approved refund through an appropriate payment method.
The company will not apply deductions, cancellation charges, or other restrictions that are prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to the Distributor Agreement and applicable law, the company may suspend or terminate a distributor's authorization for legitimate reasons, including:
Material violation of the Distributor Agreement or Code of Conduct.
Fraud, misrepresentation, or submission of forged documents.
Misleading product claims or unauthorized income guarantees.
Participation in prohibited pyramid schemes or money circulation schemes.
Unauthorized use of company branding, confidential information, or another person's account.
Other serious misconduct or legal violations related to the company's business.
Where appropriate, the company may investigate the matter, request an explanation, and provide notice or an opportunity to respond before making a final decision, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Where reasonably necessary to protect customers, company systems, or legal compliance, the company may temporarily suspend a distributor's access to relevant business facilities while investigating a suspected violation.
Any suspension will be handled in accordance with the Distributor Agreement and applicable law. The company will take reasonable steps to review the matter and communicate the outcome through its authorized channels.
Upon termination, any outstanding commission or other payment due to a distributor will be reviewed in accordance with the Compensation Plan, the Distributor Agreement, applicable verification requirements, and applicable law.
The company may verify eligible transactions, returns, refunds, and relevant payment records before processing amounts due.
Termination does not automatically forfeit amounts that the distributor is legally entitled to receive.
After termination becomes effective, the former distributor must:
Stop representing themselves as an active or authorized distributor of the company.
Stop using company branding, promotional materials, and distributor credentials except where expressly authorized.
Return or securely dispose of company property or confidential information when required by the agreement and applicable law.
Settle outstanding obligations in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
Any continuing obligations relating to confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, or outstanding payments will remain applicable to the extent provided by the agreement and law.
The company will handle distributor records, identity information, and termination-related documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Records may be retained for legitimate business, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes for the applicable retention period.
Personal information will not be retained longer than permitted or necessary under applicable law.
A distributor who disagrees with a suspension, termination, or related decision may submit a written representation to the company through its official contact channels.
The company will review the representation in accordance with its internal procedures, the Distributor Agreement, and applicable law.
Distributors may also approach the appropriate competent authority or forum where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right or legal remedy.
